Well I didn't do so good today, missed Church.  But have had a nice day of rest & it was somewhat productive.  I started some hand painted letters today.  I will post pictures as soon as they are finished.  Because I am so compulsive, this project will be all consuming for a while, but at least it will keep me occupied.  For me, that is a really good thing, then there is no time for dwelling on bad feelings.  Tomorrow I am starting my mission to loose 50 pounds before I turn 50 in September.  Sooooo, for those of you following along (that means you Sherri).....HELP ME.... LOL.
