I didn't get a picture today so I guess you just have to read today.....

I'm really homesick and anxious for my Mom & Dad to get here. 

To long gone

Wow....it has been way to long since I have posted.  I have moved to a new city, taken a new job, left everything familer that I know.  Am I CRAZY or what???

Well it has been an experience.  Somedays are so lonely I don't think I will make it through and then the next day will be such a happy day.  It is an awesome experience for me....as I have never done anything like this.  I have always lived close to my parent and children.  Guess at almost 50 years old it is time to spread my wings.  IT HAS BEEN THE HARDEST THING I HAVE EVER DONE.

I have....almost....mended my broken heart.  Moving away from all the reminders help a huge amount.  He is engaged now so I am hoping he has found all that he is looking for, but from the pictures I have seen it doesn't appear that way.  His eyes are not what they should be.  Guess that is not my concern anymore.

I did start something new this past week.  Thought I was doing it to help my cousin, but it seems to have helped me more than anything.  I send a text message each morning giving each of us a "goal" for the day, a scripture to read and a "SMILE & BELIEVE".....  I can't begin to say how much these little things have made me feel better.  Tomorrow I will get caught up posting the daily goals.

I need to get to bed so I will end with a beautiful sunset from Louisianna.....
